Contact privacy

We use your name, email address, organization and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss your training needs. Please do not include passwords or sensitive flight or personnel records.

How the form works

Our AWS endpoint processes the form and sends it to inquiry@proficiencynexus.com through Fastmail. Your email address is used as the reply address. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or send automatic confirmation emails.

Submission limits use temporary counters linked to a hashed network identifier. These counters contain no message content and are scheduled for deletion after their time window plus one day; cleanup is asynchronous. The contact handler does not log form contents or credentials.

Correspondence and questions

Correspondence is retained as needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion, email inquiry@proficiencynexus.com.
